Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Sugar Blossom, we appreciate your business and we understand you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  We kindly request that you respect our business scheduling policies by providing us at least 24 hours notice in advance of any cancellation.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a charge for 50% of the scheduled services added to your next appointment and will require a credit card for future bookings. 

Booking Policy

Everyone’s time is valuable… including ours.

New clients booking appointments that are greater than 1 hour OR existing clients booking appointments that are greater than 1.5 hours will be required to provide a credit card to reserve the space.  Your card will not be charged at that time, it’s simply to hold the appointment time slot for you.

Per our cancellation policy, we require to have a credit card on file in the event the customer does not show up to the appointment.  It is then that we charge a 50% no-show fee.
